Does this camera work with any other 4/3 lens ... ?
Or does it work with any of the other Leica lens?

It takes all 4/3 mount lenses. And it can be used with many, many manual focus lens: OM, M42, C/Y, Leica R, Canon FD, Nikon F and many more with suitable adapters (I believe 4/3 system is the most adaptable system for legacy lenses). Though I use M42 East German lenes exclusively on the L1.
