It can and are able to run 600 film.
Just turn the dial all the way to the darken side.

Let me confirm again.

One Step 600 with box. ( Do not have build-in flash)
Same go with 600 Series Spirit. But both have rainbow strip cross the camera.

One Step (with close-up) are the newer model. It come with build-in flash.
But not as smaller as the older model.

All model use 600 film. No much different in pictures.
Unless you have close-up.
