WTR: Manfrotto 055 Tripods / bettter

I need to rent a tripod for 1-2 days next week. Prefferably it is:
1. Manfrotto 055 / similar size
2. 4 section legs
3. Aluminum / Carbon Fibre

Optional: I can also use a head. It needs to be:
1. Manfrotto 3 way with a large QR plate (I'll be using it with Canon 1-serie)
2. Manfrotto geared 3 way will also be good. 410 or 405.
3. I don't really like ballhead, unless it's something really light like acratech ultimate.

I am used to Manfrotto tripods, so any other brands is not prefferable. (except Gitzo)

Actually, no need to be 055 size. Something smaller, like 190 series would also do.

Why 4 Section? pretty unstable.

Anyway, why rent? Borrow lah.
