Would you get a new body with kit lens or lesser body with better lens?

Im still using a 450D with 28mm and 85mm f1.8

Most of the time my friend ask if I had secretly upgraded to a pro body and lens after seeing the photos ;p

I only improved my shooting technique

Invest in lens is a better choice for me

Wise:thumbsup:decisions and good:thumbsup:to know where one's should be heading/achieving for, in Photography...!!( obviously not:nono:'gears' but 'skills' instead...and the latter will unlikely to go "wrong"...)

Actually, a friend of mine has won many photo competitions and he shot mostly on PnS.

Well, for me I'd definitely believe...why??...bcos I got 2-quite close friends whom had won 3-photo-competitions with PnS:thumbsup: one using Nikon and one Canon (it so happened to be these two-brands and "this":nono:doesn't mean the other brand don't have, just that I've not have any pal who'd won with "those" yet...alright...heehee!!):bsmilie:

Furthermore, these 2 friends of mine:bigeyes:are Non-Photographers ( meaning they're just Hobbyist-Photographers ONLY hor...ok!!:thumbsup:....Surprised me indeed lehhh!!)
