Would you buy a 400D now?

Is is still worthwhile to get 400D?
Hearsay 400D is the best seller worldwide now for dslr . how far is this true?

Why I would prefer the 400d:
Size
Weight

Why I would prefer the 30d:
Better user interface
Better build

I would thus buy the 400d for travel/daily use. I would buy the 30d for work.
