Hey there seniors.. would like to clarify something..

I'm currently using an external flash brand Exakta (dunno if any of u heard dat brand before) on my D5100..
But is it possible if i were to attached those wireless flash trigger and turn my flash into a wireless one and mount it on a tripod?

Your help is greatly appreciated :)

radio wireless trigger come in set, transmitter and receiver,
connect transmitter to camera and receiver to flash, and you are good to go,

but not sure what type radio wireless trigger you are getting and able to connect to your flash able or not?

I'm looking at yungnuo brand but dunno if its reliable..

And dunno if it works on my Exakta flash..
Does it fit to any flash or just to certain brands and models?

I have 3 YongNuo manual flashes, they have taken some rain and splashes and still working fine.

think he is talking in terms of the rate of misfire, which I wouldn't know as I am using pw triggers.

anyway TS, i have not heard of exakta my advice is to bring down to one of the shops like artworkfoto, reddot or sgcamstore and ask them straight / test.

If ur camera can trigger the flash, yongnuo's transreceiver combo will b able to fire ur flash. Just that it's manual and no ttl (provided that flash of urs can ttl in the first place)

no TTL even the flash have TTL function, unless the wire trigger also supports TTL function.

Thanks guys.. ya i tink d best is to bring down to the shop myself.. my flash do have TTL.. its just dat d brand is ver unfamiliar to most.. haha
