Windows 7

I never order Dell computers before. How's their delivery? On time?
The XPS desktop was my first direct order and it has been good so far... but heard there are horror stories too.. but so far for me it was good.

Unless performance is required, otherwise I'll opt for Green instead. ;)

My files are stored in WD green separate internal HDD, I was thinking it would be good to store all the apps in fast HDD.

Maybe the advantage is minimal but aiyah, nevermind lah try try.

Finally completed installing the Win 7 with all the softwares for past 6 hours. So far so good. Every installation go smoothly. :) Some minor adjustment need to be made, like deactivate the authorization code from the old system in the older HDD so that it can be used in the current HDD. For example CS4. Other than that no issues. The applications are now running much faster (just increased the RAM memory to 12 gig) :bsmilie: Will be getting another Win 7 pro for my other PC.

Definitely go with Windows 7. I have been using it more than 5 months since Beta. Far more stable and slimmer than Vista

for this upgrade ( hardware and software )

Go for windows 7. you won't regret.

Ain't sure about W7 but NO Vista; even XP is better.

snow leopard-it will break every window in front of it.....

vista...if u like constant prompting and u like to input in info n direction for every single details for ur laptop to even work...sort of makes 1 feel important...i think even win98 is better...

Where's the best deal for Windows 7 upgrade?
