You sound like the ingrates you mean are females.

So,
1) I never believed in Complete GENDER equality (maybe you DID mean sexual..... hmmm.) It is simply not achievable. There will be things that favours men more, and stuff that favours women more.

2) I am a Female Regular.

Anymore disparaging remarks?

Well, there are many others who do not appreciate that we are unto the breach every single day.

train them to do what? chao keng? i dun have enough fingers to count the number of complaints I got from parents that I am abusing their kids. cant do this and that because excused this and that. Excuse lower limb for 14 days and still can go play basketball, chiong at MS.

Or best Pes E and still in SAFSA playing sports.

There is a reason why people are downgraded but still playing sports.Military training is not something you can stop and rest at your own pleasure.Sports and PT is something you can rest and down the tempo when the pain comes on.Big difference here, and I have seen too many ignorant commanders who cannot distinguish the plain difference between these two issues.

What is deemed suitable enough for sports and athletic training may not be suitable for military training.:nono:

i'm in NS now and it's not too bad... I just wondering why so many people hate it?

Correct me if i'm wrong, i'm just in BMT, but the expirence so far as been great, tekan is kena tekan but you'll live what right? End up learning alot and making the quirkest friends lor, its like my section alone would be a damn interesting cross section of society.

i guess if it happens many or most of us won't volunteer, maybe for the few who scared kena charged will own up haha...

but for the fellows who have not gone in, i encourage u to look foreward to it, even i being in the fat moron company enjoy NS(BMT at least) and I can picture other people doing so as well...

Anywae comparing BMT to my bro's time nine years ago, i think the soliders have it good liao.

Happy National Day everyone !

I'm a sai kang warrior... just marching down the line...

Cause now NS 2yrs, 5 days week and increased pay. Of course u happy lah. :bsmilie:

There will be no ending to compare.
The salary the top people get here vs the top people get there.
The size and population here and the size and population there. etc..

We are develope country and those are consider 3rd world country..

As i alway said Singapore is a nice country for the rich, young and healthy.
The rest is being UATA. (Use And Throw Away)

HAHAHA i like your expression of UATA...

But hor... In regards to chao keng... think TMC mentioned that.... actually i think chao keng is a healthy act.... in times of war, i think chao keng pple have a higher chance of survival.... :bsmilie: When you go work overseas(esp in US), you will see black MAMAs and differnt races of people chao keng worse than SAF.... so chao keng in SAF is actually nothing lah.... you need some ...... people to be rambo and chiong sua cheong hai.... at the same time need some chao keng to pretend to surrender and stab pple on the back... Thats just My Opinion....

haha interesting.

but chao keng in war may not mean higher chances of survival man. u keng, then your buddy die, you have one less man. like this, it means lower chances of survival man.
:)

So you'll be like those in the movies, holding your weapon and guarding at home, together with your family, while the others, regardless paid or not paid, will guard the frontline?
