Will Premiere Pro CS3 screw up my Photoshop CS2?

Hi guys,

I'm still running photoshop CS2 as I haven't found a real need to upgrade yet.

But I was considering getting Premiere CS3, can the two co-exist together on the same computer? I've heard horror stories of how you can't install CS3 software together with CS2 software.

Any ideas?
