Wilderness survival workshop - any recs?

OBS have a course call wilderness first aid. If u need more information PM me. i use to teach this course in OBS.

Wondering if anyone can recommend a basic wilderness survival workshop. I'd like to pick up skills like navigation, building a shelter, etc. so I'm not completely useless if I get lost in a remote jungle. (Do guys learn these sorts of things in NS? I'm female, so I wouldn't know.) Unlikely that I'd ever need to use these skills, but my motto is "you never know".

I offer 3 different 4-day survival courses of increasing difficulty and they are all free.

Course A.
Day 1. Go and buy a live frog, snake, chicken.
Day 2. Eat frog
Day 3. Eat snake
Day 4. Eat chicken

Course B
Day 1. Catch a fish and eat it.
Day 2. Catch a frog and eat it.
Day 3. Catch a bird/chicken and eat it.
Day 4. Catch a snake/worm and eat it.

Course C
Day 1. Take a train to Jerantut (near Taman Negara) and build a shelter to sleep in
Day 2. Walk South (sunrise on your left)
Day 3. Eat whatever wildlfe available (refer to Course A and B)
Day 4. Reach Singapore (bring mobile for emergency)
