For some reason (maybe the heat), I've been feeling that Singapore wasn't really photograph-able, until I saw your pictures.

Proved inspiration. :)

Thanks, but I'm just still L plate. There are a lot of shifus in here, like night86mare, YSLee, Kit, and various others who are a lot better than me, and whom I try to learn from

In fact the last set of photos were taken during an outing organized by Kit.

Nice series. I have not attemped such angles before.

#20 -

no wonder now you have become Kit's assistant :)
you are way too good at this for me already...

Eh no lah. Basically just follow some simple rules... I didn't do much; there was the full force of bright sunlight on the building (very thin line of shadow from Parkview can be seen), switch to B&W, then just adjust the highlights and shadows a bit (very easy coz had very deep dark blue for sky) can already.

Nature was kind on that day.

::edit:: yes, too much sky. I was focusing too much on cutting out the rubbish at the bottom until forgot the top.

#33B - Take two - this was with a shorter exposure, and I managed to B&W it easily.

Some pictures which may not very interesting, but interesting about how my perspective (which I am still trying to change the way I see things). Two pictures taken at different timings on similar objects (one was bright sunlight, another was sunset) and how I compose them the same way  any C&C (good or bad) on the way I compose stuff is much appreciated.
