Is 10-XXmm on crop (effective 15mm) the widest zoom lens that accept round filter ?
Can be MFT, Crop or FF.

Yes pretty much 10mm on 1.5x crop is the widest with front filter thread.

Your 'conversion' (10mm on crop = 15mm effective) applies to Nikon only.
On Canon, the 10mm on crop is effectively 16mm due to different crop factor. On MFT it is 20mm.
