The best advice is shoot for yourself and not for other's approval or expectation. It's for your memories, what inspires you. Of course you can learn to see photographically, by that meaning composition, shape,form, leading lines, colour and texture. As it is, the blue sky, white clouds and greenery coupled with the concrete colour are cool colours. Does it make for a interesting picture. Would a different time of day like a sunrise or sunset warm orange tint or tone be better, whatever makes you remember the scene with emotion. Would other people be drawn into your vision of it as well.
