Yaps... good old Sea&Sea... 1 of the best strobe i have used! you should consider it. Well worth what you pay for... and a real work horse!.. only serviced once in 150+ dives!

For Macro, its usually 125 or higher.
In wide,I try not to go below 60. Rather lose your f stops dan speed! also depends on depth and water condition.

No, go to adelphy (sorry cant spell la..) the 1 across fron funa IT mall... got Sea&Sea shop there... you can get to see all the housings too. Look for Andrew.
