Don't flame me but Modern and Intelligent may also refer to physically not as attractive? Hence hiding behind a computer screen to find guys who like the girl for the inner content before seeing the outside package.

In simple explaination, human are naturally attracted to beauty. Which is why we have beautiful designs, beautiful pictures, in short beauty. Hence beautiful people dont need the internet to go advertise themselves. Their beauty already attracts people to them. Whereelse for unattractive people, they need to let people find out about their inner beauty before accepting them for what they are. As someone once said you need to have outer beauty before you can attract people to know your inner beauty.

bueatiful ppl do attract attention. but wad if its annoying?

ppl who jus c visible (outer) beauty & cant c inner beauty is not d kind gals 1 2 date (& get married to). wont gals avoid tt some1 like tis?

I think times are definitely changing.

There is nothing wrong with going to the internet, or joining a dating agency to look for that special person, and this applies to both men and women.

There are many advantages to this…first off, it puts you in touch with a lot more people than you could normally meet in your normal social circles. It can also put you in touch with people who you might never meet!

Instead of relying on friends to set up blind dates, you get to choose or specify to some extent, based on your requirements.

Also, some girls I know who internet date, will take their time to correspond or IM with a person before they commit to that “first” date, as this gives them a better gauge of someone’s personality.

So it gives a woman, a lot of empowerment.

I mean, lets face it, from a woman’s perspective, who wants to go to a pick up joint and be picked up?

dude, if only i could show you pictures of women who i know internet date, or sign up with the professional dating agencies...

trust me, many of them are confirmed hotties.. and they are most certainly not "desperate"

1) Those who see photos of "hot" chicks on online dating services..... ehem.... dude you clearly don't realised the meaning of make over or using someone else photos do you? I have seen tons of such online adverts with seemingly hot chicks

2) Its in our genes to be after beautiful things. Beauty equates to good genes, good genes that can pass on to the next generation who have better genes to pass on to the next and so on. That's why successful people are beautiful... or have beautiful spouses. Simple reasoning of beauty equates success.

3) Ask yourselves honestly why are famous celebrities good looking, why are you attracted to a good looking person?


And no I am not subtle... I rather be direct and honest than to be diplomatic and moralistic....
