Why my VSP file cannot being converted into any video file formats?

Dear friends,

I am exploring Corel Video Studio Pro X12 and I have just did a montage for a client.

Alas, when I was saving the file into mpeg1, the computer started to display "Unable to load library" after saving around 70%. What things could I do? I have also tried relink all files and the PC says it is relinked successfully... Tried to save as some other format, but the same issue appeared again. HELP!!!

Please advice. Thank you for your help.
