If people wants to put up with HWZ's massive adverts, numerous pop ups, pop unders, let them be. People have the right to choose what they want.
If ClubSNAP can offer a good "environment" to discuss about photography, I don't see why people won't defect here.
Either way, I always support non-profit organisations.
