Why do you shoot nikon?

one thing i know high end canon(1D Mark something- can't be bothered la) can't focus correctly which left quite a number of their fans fuming. the father and son each got one set(new) sent for repair came back the same. y pay so much?

Do you own a AF-S lens ? But anyway even different AF-S on different focal length range have different speed of focusing
As far as 24-70 f/2.8 is concern, it focus faster than you can breath

I started with D300 for its built and features. Nikon also have an arsenal of lens that suit a beginner ,all the way to professionals for various jobs. Then I move on to D3 for its superb low-light capabilities with the least noise at the moment. At full frame capability, fantastic lens to go with it. User interface is something I prefer it, the buttons and controls are also well though of.

There are quite alot more reasons why I preferred Nikon versus other affordable brand though :bsmilie:

My history, my first DSL was Nikon D40 and later i also used Olympus E500, Olympus E-3, Pentax K20D, Canon 40D, Canon 50D and back to Nikon. After so many different brands i tried, I still prefer Nikon and I don't think I'm changing again.

watever camera whoever is using.. just carry on shooting!
its individual preferences!
im using nikon but personally its the picture that captures from any camera/lens that motivates me too take up photography.
i dont know why i use nikon but seems like to me more easier to understand the functions but again its up to individuals.
Dont care from what camera or lens its from..nikon, canon, olympus..etc what matters most is the beautiful pictures.
keep shooting.. stay happy..
