I have said that most forumers here are matured. I didnt say that I am one of them.
I am childish in character. I love to retaliate, I am a bad guy from the dark side, not a jedi like you. You cannot assume that everyone in the forum have character like jesus christ, some like me, will throw back punches when being slap on the face, when retaliation starts, all hell break lose and the forum will turn into a battle ground.
Canonised warned that DP behaviour is a cause for 911, I did what I did to cyber monkey becos he replied to Canonised message & said that's "a load of bullshit". ..??
Hope pple will note that not everyone will press the "ignore" button, there are bad guys like me who will press the "you want war, you have war" button when provoked. In actual fact, DP never provoked me as I hv never post, but I just buay song over his comments on others, especially newbie.

Guys, to be honest, both sides have their own view points and both are not entirely wrong or right. I see similar points being repeated again and again and again like an old record player that has run off track. Like what some said, this is getting old. If people want to listen, they will listen. If not, no matter if there are 10 replies or 1000 replies saying otherwise would make not much of a difference.

Using the phrase "DP supporters" and you felt insulted and hurt already? I think you should have a very low tolerance level.
But hold on, someone from your "side" mentioned that he has never insulted people, but I have read this from some of his previous posting:

Not only by DP, but also from others who are willing to lay a helping hand (I can try to help, but might not be as proficient as DP).
For others who preferred to receive plain, mild mannered critiques will be able to enjoy peace and harmony.
Ill suggest the above list to be placed as a sticky in all the photo gallaries sub forum, and all forumers (especially newbies) should be reminded to read it before posting pictures.

After reading some of the posts here and else where, I have come to the realisation that I am a lightning rod.
First of all, my comments, harsh as they might be and it's intended, are all directed at the photographs and the photographers. It is clear, the comments are meant for the photographer as the artist, not the person.
Then I realise, my detractors, there are a few such misguided souls, are helll bend on attacking me, and whoever agreed with me, as persons. This is the big distinction.
After some short soul searching, here is what I will promise.
I will, going forward, renew my vigor in searching out horrific photographs and criticise them as harshly as they deserve. If the photograph is so bad, it sucks, I promise that I not mise any words. If my 5 year old god son can take a better phototgraph that the one posted, rest assure, I will let the poster/photographer knows.
What I will not do is pay attention to any of the misguided souls, whom nearly all of them, were not the photographers I criticised or slammed, by a distant bystander. I promised not to reply to their nonsense, it's just not worth my time. They can post all they want, and I will continue to ignore them.
A slight OT here. Some food for thoughts. A few said my candor and directness is too harsh and insulting. I wonder are my words that insulting, or the flowerly praises bestowed on an eyesore of a picture, or worse, all those "nose bleed" comments? I wonder. Responses not necessary, just some food for thoughts.
Oh, nearly forgot, 2 things. First, I am extending the height of my lightning rod. And second, thank you to those who either agreed with me, or those who understand my intention even though they may disagree with my delivery, thank you for all your support and understanding.
Rest assure, I will cointinue to be true to myswelf and say what is on my heart. If a picture sucks, I will say "It's SUCKS".

Just realised that there are some unanswered questions that I didn't response.
There are questions on why photographers who receive the lightning strike didnt retaliate, but only those unrelated busy body did. And someone form a conclusion that if there's no obvious retaliation then the receiving party must be happy with it.
The answer is already there in the previous pages.
I did a test strike on cyber_monkey, and he just go under water and restrain himself from shooting back, good. But those around him shot back at me. I can understand that they are either trying to help their friend or someone they know.
Do you think he wish to receive further strike from me? I dont think so. Why didnt he retaliate? There's no point wasting time on a narrow-minded personality like me, probably, and its bad for his image to retaliate.
BTW, as mentioned b4, if there's one person who can strike with his lightning rod at his own will, so can anyone else in this forum. One day we may just see dozens of lightning rods weaving at each other. The scene of mess lightning is pretty dramatic, I suppose.
