Why can't I post in Consumer Corner?

Deal all, i am a newly registered user and would like to post a request in Consumer Corner. However, i was told that i dun have sufficient right. Why is it so?

I think at least 100 or 150 I forgot liao.... but u can try asking the moderators to move your thread to consumer area after posting in the buy and sell. I tried it before
