Everyone seems to be out of 120 format Astia, Reala and so on. Anyone here uses MF slide film? Was wondering, is there a Kodak equivalent of Astia/Sensia in 120 format?

Anyone sending slide films to Ruby for developing? Seems like they're waiting for more films to come in before they start batch processing. Excuse was machine spoilt.

Ouch. Sounds like bad service.

i think the machine really spoilt.. and apparantly all of them outsource to the same place.
I have quite number of slides to develop.. but all put on hold..cos of the spoilt machine..

Did you try Fotohub?

Fotohub is the "only place" to process E6 in Singapore, and it's not an excuse that Ruby turned down your request :D Ruby sends to Fotohub as well.

My speculation is that Ruby may be sending slides to Malaysia for process if the batch is large enough.
My own slides are being placed on hold at Fotohub as well. And it's even nuttier now. Why?

Cause they told me the machine has been repaired, BUT THEY HAVE RUN OUT OF E6 CHEMICALS :bsmilie::bsmilie::bsmilie:

wat i understood is all of them send to just one particular place to process the slides.. so once that ONE machine is down.. regardless where u send to.. its not gonna work..

Ouch, that's bad news, was about to go have some slides processed ...

What about Colourlab ?

same thing leh.. colorlab told me machine spoilt.. got to wait.. :(

the machine was really spoilt. Photohub at Beach Road is the only lab that does slides processing E6. Every other lab in SG will have to go to Photohub to get the slides done.

I collected my slides yesterday after 2.5 weeks of waiting.

Well, now I understand why it is very fast to get slides done at Fotohub Beach Road (only Beach Road branch). Send in the morning, get in the afternoon. For the rest, wait a few days.

Same here
I work just upstairs so i can drop by anytime :bsmilie: Send in at 9oclock opening after i've had my breakfast around the area and collect at 5 after work.

Machine is fully up and operational now!

I'm still using Slide Films to shoot. :D

I started with digital but going back to film for Lomography.
Love the colours from X-pro on slide films. Only tried the Kodak Elitechrome and the E100VS, very vivid and saturated colours.
Like it, planning to stick with it. ;)

Hey guys, my family will be visiting me in Australia very soon. Just wondering where do you guys buy Velvia 50 in 135 and 120 rolls from? I'm hoping to get 20-30 rolls of each format :) Thanks in advance!
