I just received my DiCain one from Korea last Sat... it really fits perfectly and looks great too !!! Now 5D really looks so much more pro !!

The only down side is that it uses the sony alpha batt, which it's not an issue though...

I paid about UD$183 for the grip, 1 charger, 1 battery, plus shipping and a free gift - hard panel LCD screen protector from Dicain..

Totally worth it...

Plus, the Mr Cho from Korea is very efficient and honest with his email replies and delivery. Good deal...

That may look ex.. but if u consider that there really isn't much choice since our camera is 5D, rite??

There is the vertical shutter release but no dial.

I've seen a similar one for sony alpha on ebay going for about S$330-350, I think.. and it's not even for the 5D!!!

Anyways, it's a personal choice..

Well, it's a bit pricey, but what bro cykic said, there isn't much choice for the 5D. It's a lot cheaper if you compare with the Minolta VC7D lor. Maybe can consolidate orders to save on shipping.

as promised, i got the quote from the distributor from malaysia. He is the one who I got the Ownuser grip for 5D for some bros some time back.

The price listed below.

1 unit order = 1 X SGD250 + shipping SGD20
2 unit order = 1 X SGD240 + shipping SGD20
3 unit order = 1 X SGD230 + shipping SGD40
5 unit order = 1 X SGD200 + shipping SGD40

i'll be glab to assist to liaise for this MO for KM bros.
