Who has bought the E-3 ...

bought e-3 over the weekend as well ... and collected the freebies from Oly.. 8Gb, 1extra Batt, and a bag.. ;-)

remember when i brought my E510, gt free bag as well... but that time was fastpack 250 becuz they say e-system free bag no more and fastpack is a replacement. I give away immediately... haha

I state my reason on the earlier post... another reason, I brought a used E3 and wait for the new E3 replacement. maybe I have to stuck with my current E3 for another year or so.

pnokio, I believe my ans doesnt help u... but think abt it... I want a pro body. sometime i can be a very hardcore person... I am someone who dun mind shooting in the rain even if I may fall sick.

seriously buying E3 or E30 now doesnt make big diff in IQ unless there ppl telling me that E30 is better other then 2more MP... but bear in mind, Weatherseal is very important... u never know when u can get a shelter before your cam body get wet...

E3 weather proof is :thumbsup:

when i was travelling, many times i still continue to shoot even when it rain..
no problem at all. no regrets getting the E3.

I think I'd missed your earlier comment...weatherseal..never know when you need it till you need it I guess..

I bought an E-3 last week and i have no regrets! love the built and weatherseal is important for me too!

ya no regret for me as well..

think abt this... Plan to shoot in Pulua Ubin with a group frz... waited 3 weeks...

finally, it time to go... weather was fine when move off...

reached P. Ubin, bicycle rented... cycle for the 1st 1/2 hour... happily chatting, playing, stop by shoot. suddenly it rain!!!!!! OMG... what u going to do?

find a shelter and wait for the rain to stop? (not sure when will it stop.)

carry on shooting in the rain and carry on to have fun? (at least wear rain coat la.)

You will be surprise at the IQ of E-30. IMHO, it is a step forward by Olympus. Having said that, E-3 serves different needs...
