who are divers on CS?

My exhale bubbles actually smash back onto me, such that I can't even read my dive comp & depth guage, both are right at in front of me. AND I kep equalizing, ears hurts.....
Remembered a local friend recounting his experience, I reached for the inflator hose and pressed once. No reaction. Pump full. Rather risk a DCS than to drown in this...... Hear my overflow valves poping. Even then, my DC did not yell at me, until I see sun light and at about 4m.... you can imagine how strong that flush was.....
On the surface, I will still breatheing thru my regs. I was still being turned about !! It was that stressful man. Took a few moment to blow my whistle loud. The dive boat, with it's 400hp engine on full throttle, took over 9 mins to reach me !!! And another 20+ mins, to reach the group, who by then had aborted the dive and pop the orange salami......
40m ? That what my guage & DC reads. It was also my 1st dive with my S40 & the housing - rated for 30m only. What a welcoming gift !
hai. i come from a very conservative family. my father will oppose me diving one. i know it . when i learn motorcycle i also didnt tell him. think somehow he gotta know about it and was furious. at least i can go malaysia any weekend and just tell him will be fine. now ah, die liao le, every time i go away in the weekend he surely will stop me one. not everyone has such a caring father as i do. i understand that he is concerned but hor ... he will wanna get his way lo.

eh.. facing the same dilemma as you do... My parents should be ok with it but my grandpa definitely will kinda oppose it (being the reason that i am the eldest grandson :sweat: )
So now i got my AOW license only my brother/sisters/cousins knew about it.

eh, how come i didnt see this post by deni.... anyway, ya, c5050 is bigger than some ofthe underwater cameras, and more buttons, and you really have to be somewhat familiar with your camera, which button is what. canon a lot less buttons. why people chose oly c5050. i chose it becos of the diffuser on the casing. turns out that the colours of uw photos are quite good. dont need strobe for close up photography. teh canon uw photos that i have seen cannot make it without strobe lo. thats the advantage of c5050. now c5060 is out le.
