How do u change the WB of a picture in photoshop.

One way would be to set white point under the "curves" command.
pick the item in the scene which u know to be white. e.g. wall.

If you want photo touch up only, Adobe's Lightroom does a great job. Very easy to batch process WB, Hue, Sat etc. Photoshop sometimes an overkill for simple jobs I feel...
I remember that in the old days, pointing to a patch of green grass works almost the same as a grey card when shooting in black and white. Not sure if it's still the same. Maybe can give it a try...![]()

Anyway for 'White Balancing for Dummies', try Adobe Lightroom.
Get a 18% gray card. Place it under the light source. Then pre-set the White balance using the gray card's reading.
Pardon me, newbie here.
I thought Gray card is for exposure (metering), while White card is for White-Balance?
any neutral tone surface can use for custom white balance, this including 18% gray card.Pardon me, newbie here.
