Which shop offers a better price and good customer service?

just got overcharged at Funan Alan Photo. :thumbsd: S$120 for a 77mm Hoya Cir-Pl Slim. was in a rush...lesson learnt...

will not purchase from AP anytime soon...buyers beware!!! :angry:

The reality is you will be charged more even in your regular shop when you buy something in a hurry.

AP really has high price I ask them the EN EL 15 for my D7000, they quote me $65 but in the other shop its only $54,

no. if you are a regular and you have done your hw, you wouldnt be chopped at all.

Everyone waiting for the same thing I have to try very hard to hold myself back from buying their Sigma 17-50 OS HSM. Decided to settle for 2nd hand tammy 17-50 vc first, wait for 2 years to see if any brave CSers will take the bait and get full reimbursements

You can ask price to reduce. Some shop at funan mall that they never say real price. Beware of seller's mouth. You should ask several shop to know different price at same things before you pay cash....

Alan Photo was the place i bought my first camera, a Casio EX750 but now it is the last place on earth that i will ever buy things from again..

I called and inquired about Kenko Teleconvertor 2 times on the same day but diff person pick up and quoted me diff prices.. The second time when i called the person asked me how much was i quoted previously.. After i told him the amount he tells me that price is before GST.. I think the price is still reasonable hence I asked them to reserve the item for me and suddenly the answer changes again.. The sales person tells me the price he quoted is for an export set and they currently don't have stock.. WTF..

THIS SHOP IS HOPELESS!

I just looked the site. seems some items are not cheap.lol. especially the z96 series is a bit expensive.
