My suggestion is to rent (version I) or borrow one for the time being.

Whenever there is a shortage and Canon tries to meet the demands, QC can be compromised. Under such circumstance, it's better to wait a while (may be six months or a year) or you may end up doing QC work for Canon. :bsmilie:

PS: I am serious 'cos I've been there and done that.
