Which Lens is better?

Yup, I encountered that too. I have a solution of my own. I switch the AF to manual first and then manual focus (turn anticlockwise). Then the macro switch will be very easy to switch back to normal mode.

Babes photos are not for me yet cos my skill are too low standard. I will master Macro first.

Basically you have 2 choices, 1) focus a far object to get the focusing ring to infinity and switch the macro mode back to normal and 2) as what De'Switch said, turn to MF and adjust the focusing ring to >200 and swich from macro to normal and focus to AF. The instructions are in the manual if I am not mistaken.
