it has to be 35 and 135 for me. :)

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Without a doubt these 2 blew me away. Still saving for them though. Have rented them on a couple of occasions.

Sometimes, I wonder why people keeps saying these 2 lenses will have a Mark II version. For me, there is nothing much to upgrade really :)

My favourite "owned" prime would have to be the 100mm f/2.8 macro because of the amazing bokeh this lens is capable of.

I also have the BBB virus for the 135 prime. I've heard too many great stories about this lens! I must have this lens some day!

35L is the only L prime I have and its really a joy to use

Mine is EF35mm f1.4L USM, EF50mm f1.0L USM and EF 85mm f1.2L USM

50 mm is used most of the time.. AD wedding in low light condition, morning preparations. And is the actual size as the 85mm I think canon use the same body for their f1.0.
35 mm about 30 percent for landscape or group shot etc... and 85 is 20 percent usage for pre wedding street shoot.
45 TS is my most under used lens but mainly for small products and studio shoot.

A bit soft fully wide open... But still works well in low light condition at manual mode... At f 1.2 it improve...

but at f1.0, it must be damn tough to focus right? cos the DOF is so thin...

i tried a f0.95 lens on a leica before and its so tough to focus at wide open.

For this type of fast lens a bit soft fully open is ok lah, we see less pimples and pores. I am sure your clients would like their portraits that you took with this lens.

Yeah, that why I very seldom shoot close up. either half body or full body... or desperately low light condition, pump ISO lor...
