EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM is a beauty,fantastic image quality! it does produce beautiful bokeh of candid street candid shot : ) but a bit heavy.

Tested the EF 24-105mm f/4L with and without IS ON.

Really makes a difference. With IS handheld, I can still see eyelash strands. Without IS, gone case... blur.

24-105 is a really good lens. I own one.. having bought it supposedly to use for 1 day in HK and sell it on my return to SG. It ended up replacing my now former love, the 17-55 f2.8 IS (mainly for the extra reach).

I think he probably meant replacing as he has the UWA 10-22.
