Ask me again in a month or two, I might have an extra XA2 to release :)

I currently have one that I'm going to collect from the shop (got it CLAed). I have another one with me that hasn't had any work done on it (I bid on two at the same time one eBay not knowing that I'd win both). If my friend doesn't want the other one, or if I tire of it, perhaps I can let you have it. Just so that someone else gets to share the fun.

Oh, and CLA means cleaning, lubing and adjustment.. or something like it.

LCA.. Lomo LCA, most overpriced pretend-rangefinder for the people who like the leaky lomo look. I also have one that I'll be glad to sell cheap. Heh.

I wanna book your XA2 (if you're selling) and your lomo LCA! Drop me a pm? Thanks! :vhappy:

:P I went to P&G at adelphi today.. they have one working set of Oly XA. It's not in very good cosmetic condition though. It's priced at $110.

I don't mind releasing the XA2 and the LCA to you soon, at a good price.. but they both need some work. I think the LCA's shutter is dead (happens almost all LCAs) and I just want a pro to take a look at the XA2 and see if it can be cleaned. I'll take them to P&G or CamX for a quotation and let you know how much the expected 'cost to fix' is, then you can decide if it's worth it.

I thought i saw a XA or XA2 for sale at the 2nd hand shop below adelphi hidding in one corner on the first left bottom glass cupboard on the left when you get into the shop today. not sure about condition thou.

you might want to go take a look.

Yashica T4 produces very sharp and contrasty pics. saw pics compared side by side some years ago. The carl zeiss produces slightly sharper image. maybe due to the f3.5 versus F2.8. Meanwhile the Yahica also looks better and has better specs eg. film speed 25-3200. shutter speed up to 1/700s. multi-AF (center area) is pretty accurate. I would say the pic quality rivals the primes of some SLR. However the XA has more features such as the speed indication in the viewfinder. t4 has less vignetting. Both camera bodies scratches rather easily. the t4 fetches a much higher value in general in the resale market.

Hahaha dude are you serious about selling your LCA? If so, how much. (Yeah I'm one of those who are easily duped by Lomography.com.)
