Which Flash Memory HD Digital Camcorders to purchase?

Hi All,

I have a budget of $1.5K for a HD digital camcorder and I have zoom in on the following models :

1) Sony HDR-CX150E
2) Canon HF-200
3) Panasonic HDC-TM200GC

My needs will be taking movies on kids (kids are active) and mostly indoor, hence, a better low light camcorders is preferred + good IS.
I have not seen much comment on these Sony and Panasonic models and would like anyone to share your views on these models to my above needs.

Google 'camcorderinfo'. There are LOADS of reviews there to help you with the decision.

My personal pick would be Sanyo HD2000, $600SGD, full HD 1080p and external mic input. The bad is that it's using Digital IS, which is not really effective at all.

Can't seem to read any reviews on the above 3 models.
Still would appreciate anyone with either of the above 3 models to provide some comments.
If not, with many viewing and no reply, I guess the 3 models may not be popular.

I like the Sony cos of it small form factor. The Canon was slightly bigger.

Can you share the price and where you bought it? Price Japan lists it at ard Yen 54k (exclude shipping). I wonder whether its price has dropped in S'pore with the launch of the replacement TM700 model.
