Which copyshop to duplicate a record sleeve (SG/KL)?

Hi all,

I need to duplicate a sleeve of an old vinyl LP.
Can you recommend any photocopying service in SG or KL that can do an accurate job without costing a fortune?
Ideally, they would colour copy/print the images on a 61cm x 32cm piece of paper/cardboard. If necessary, I can take care of glueing, folding myself.
I'm not looking for printing multiple copies, this is a one-off job.
