I bought D60 "made in thialand" pie sie to bring out, cannon all models " made in Japn"

eh, this will start the MIJ, MIT or MIC debate again..

but seriously.. if QC is in place in whatever country the item is produced in..then it wouldnt matter where is it made in.. if QC CMI... then even MIJ would be pointless..

if paiseh to bring out.. can give to me.. i will be more than happy to bring it out .. :)

I mean I can't find my first post. And didn't know they move my thread to here.

I originally posted in Canon thread. But I can't find it.

you look down on your camera,
your camera will know and give you bad photos all the way.

There was once an experienced (leisure) photographer, who whenever he posted pictures, there were ooohs and arrrrs lovely comments. He shot in medium and large formats and many marveled at his works. He developed his own pictures in a darkroom. One time, he joint a mass orgy shoot and shot with a simple dslr (not canon nor nikon) and when he posted, again, people only sang him priases. Then he revealed the brand he used as he took those welll composed snaps. It left many speechless.

So, do not be worry about brands. Buy what you think fits your palm and vision. The rest is about luck.

chill... no war please.

Yeah noted.

I already explain further on the next qoute.

I didn't know this can be so sensitive....
actually, if a photographer can really produce good photos, hardly mention what camera or lenses he is using, reason? very simple.

but it is very bo liao to see all the brand wars in forum, try to avoid it if you can.

agree with catchlights.. post exif info instead of camera model.. much more helpful to learn how good pictures are taken.. (sorry sidetrack)..

to ts.. go feel it.. then get it.. both brands make good cameras..

to add on.. maybe an additional point will be "what brand are your kakis using?".. very important as you will be able to switch lenses / mass order accessories and stuff with them if you all are using same system.. =)

think i came across an article (posted by someone in the forum).. there was an award winning photographer who uses olympus PnS only.. yet the images he captured.. were exactly the phrase.. " a picture tells a thousand words"..

You so quick thinking.
Can I Q up behind you in case you change your mind and suddenly feel shy to bring out.
I got no problem with paisay D60 cause basically I like Thailand a lot.

:bsmilie:

i thick skin .. wont paiseh so easily.. plus my wife likes to take pics.. so i could do with another dSLR.. (maybe year end, may get another dSLR.. hand down the 400D to her to play)

i think i know/understand the theory.. but there's something that cant be taught to me.. "Creativity" is a concept that eludes me.. i only can process logical thought :( .. my wife on the other seems more creative to me ..

anyway, not to OT.. to TS.. try out the cams at shops.. know what you want to take.. look at the available lens lineup etc ..

i was also debating on this till i got my cam...

is there a group of friends tat u r shooting with?
if yes, get the same brand.
then u guyz can swap the lens to play ard

On a serious note, he gave me some good pointers which till today, i am still applying what he enlightened me.
