I use Beautiful Memories at Stanford House for my wedding assignments. Its pretty pricey at 50 cents a print for 4R but the result is always good.

The Best i found is terms of quality is STYLE PHOTO STUDIO at Pandan Valley(condominium) along ulu pandan road. 35cents each 4r(yes i noe its expensive) on Kodak Royal Paper. They do the official phototaking for NUS and NTU so therefore their noritsu printing machines are of very good maintainance.
