where to machine steadicam merlin / shoulder pad adaptor cheaply

Hi,

I want to get or custom make a adaptor for for me to put my steadicam merlin onto a shoulder pad/mount.

It is basically like screwing a marker pen onto the shoulder mount tripod screw.

I hope to use heavy plastic or aluminium. Let me know if you know of anywhere that can help me machine this part or selling it.
