You would have to explain what is ''Can Do''....

If you are looking to rent... then you'll have nearly no luck in S'pore. As far as I know, there isn't any shop in S'pore that rent casing/housing.... most loan are between friends.

As for buying....

camera rental centre have an EPL-1 housing for rent.
1st day price 100 bucks, not cheap but you can collect&return 1 day before&after shoot, for a weekend trip maybe you'll only need to pay for 2 days worth.
