the 45 sounds ok. I bought mine when it was first released.. $430.. so $410 is ok..

Yes. warranty is international. But they will honor your friend's address and phone no. if you bring it back to them. Suggest you register in Singapore and enjoy 1+3months instead.

Since you are there, you may like to buy the Olympus 45mm f1.8 as well. Should cost about SGD385.

Big stores like Tin Cheung, Fortress are selling RRP about HK$10890, or about S$1755.

My friend recommended Man Shing or WingShing (same boss) at Mongkok http://www.manshingphoto.com/
which offers better price. I havent had time to go there yet.

I know Sony RX100 is very much cheaper in HK compared to Singapore.
Here everywhere sells $999, in HK, RRP is HK$5580, which is S$900... some places can get it for HK$4700 (S$760)... but not sure about warranty.
