What is a projector clock? Does it 'project' the time(light) on the walls? If this is what you are looking for, try Novena Square. There is a shop there that sells something like that. 2nd or 3rd floor, shop selling deco stuff. Forgot name, sorry.

Think Tangs (the gadget corner) may have. Oregon Scientific makes them. I also saw them at the Singtel Shop at West Mall.
