I think the price is more or less fixed. The last i checked with CP & Alan, the $ difference less than $2. So i bought mine online from Nikon S'pore. Got my key within the hour.

Not really, haven't factor in the per shipment charge, and per item charge. Also, this item only ships within US, so if using Vpost, gonna factor in additional cost and time.

So add here add there, probably still cheaper, but not a lot, and not withstanding a much longer waiting time.

Price from shops around Singapore about the same. U can try IPhoto (Lucky Plaza, ex-LORDS), TK/Cathay/Alan Photo in Funan and MS Colour.

And using the best rate, if using normal CC rates, the price would be abt the same as local price. IIRC, local price should be around S$270-279 (to confirm with local shop price).

Price plus $1-$2 if you order locally. Almost immediate notification. Hassle aside, you decide whether its worth it or not.

Thanks to all. I'm impressed by the liveliness of this forum - so many replies within a day.

I've come across online store that sells you just the license key, so you don't have to spend extra for shipping the not-so-useful box back to SG. Besides, most shipper will charge you volumetric (or dimensional) weight.

Can't remember the store I came across but IIRC, it's certainly cheaper than $270, if that's what local retail is asking for.
