where to fix it?

i need to fix it asap, but dunno where to.
is there a good place that provides delivery sevices to fix pcs?

Two possibilities. Bios or HDD problem.

yeah, the cpu is running but there's practically nothing shown in the monitor...

why not fix it yourself? If there is totally no display, can be a few possibilities?
1) the connection between pc and monitor is loose
2) Monitor faulty
3) Graphics card faulty
Do you hear any sounds when you try to boot the pc? You can try to ask friends or neighbours to borrow the monitor or graphics card to try?

So there is not a single beep sound. Then it's unlikely a monitor problem. So its possibly the mainboard or graphics card fault. If possible, take them out and bring them to sim lim to check?

i guess not everyone is comfortable with doing their own fixing.

Definitely. But that will mean that you'd have to bring the entire tower to sim lim and back, which obviously the TS does not want to. But if you are able to isolate the parts that are potentially faulty, it will be easier to carry around.
