Where to find these filter-related items?

Hey guys, I'm looking for some stuff listed below locally (Don't really like the idea of getting them from overseas) and I think they aren't really the norm type of filters/hoods. May I know where I can find them ?

1. 34mm - 46mm Step Up Ring
2. A 46mm Lens Hood
