Where to Buy Vanguard bags.

I was at Challenger and a vanguard Rise 28 caught my eye. It was just nice for my Ipad and DSLR. However, the price is $119 for member. Just want to check where else can I get the same model at a cheaper price? Does Cathay Photo carry stock? Thanks in advance.

Yup prices are very competitive I would say but the boss' face would change if you say you are just browsing or you didn't buy anything from him. Service needs to be improved.
