Where to buy LX3

every shop has no stock!! i just called MS color alsooooo and their stock's coming in sometime this week though the lady told me she couldn't confirm exactly which day. Does anyone happen to know when? And I wanted to reserve but she didn't mention I could and took down my number instead hahaha.

apparently they told me the stock is coming tomorrow and they will call me. i hope to go down after work to get it

Yup, MS color told me stocks will be in tomorrow. They took my number too. Haha.

Don't really like Alan Photo's service right now although it's just right downstairs for me. One time i call they said stocks will be in on this week Mon or Tues, then i called again yesterday. They told me not sure when it will be in. Very inconsistent Obviously Customer Service in SLS is degrading as the days passes by.

They said it doesn't come with the case (i guess that's the norm nowadays) but they can sell me a lumix case for $10 or a leather case (can't rem e brand) for $130..

Wonder how the $10 one look like.. i haf a feeling it is those spongy ones..

Awesome camera. Even after so long since its release, price held steady, and in some instances actually went up. Amazing little camera. Panasonic has really got it together these last few years. I am eagerly waiting for their GF-1 *drool* @ this

GF1 looks good but then again, we don't know it's price/value for money factors, and how well it works for now. Probably a totally different pricing than LX3. For now, i will just get LX3.

Just an update! I just called MS and they told me the stock arrived like 5mins ago, but only have 20 sets.

wha selling like hot cakes! its odd coz i reserved one set, but i just called and they ask me to go down like asap coz only left 5 sets. they might not have enough for me when i go later.

Hmm.. when I called yesterday, I was told the stocks will be "arriving this week". Nonetheless left my name and contact to make my reservation. Have yet to receive their call.. wonder if my name is outside of the 20 sets allocated..

actually, i have one minty DLux3 (which is LX3's twin brother) for sale

new is about 1k SGD. dunno how much it is now.

and i've got THE leather case for it too. :thumbsup:
