Did you bought the black or the silver? coz the black cost $20 more. The guy who approach me name Nelvin. He asked me if i want to purchase the second battery because the batt inside the box can only last for an hour. Is it true? the batt he offered me on promotion cost $59. can last about 3 hours.

maybe he sees you as a potential carrot head...the original battery can at least last for 300 shots which i don't think anyone would be so cam whore to take so many pictures in one day...any 3rd party battery should always be cheaper than the original battery.

If I don't remember wrongly, it is just a 8GB and they said something about a compatible casing.

If you have the POSB everyday card there is additional 5%. I didn't get it coz I thought it wasn't a very attractive deal.

has anyone tried using D-Lux 4 case to fit LX3? IMHO, a truly classic leather case to fit a legendary cam!

Can anyone advice me how much is this casing & where can I buy it? Does it come in black?

Also just an update for those looking for LX3. I just called MS color and they haf stock arriving on this coming Tue YAY!! You can call to reserve coz apparently there are only 30 sets arriving. I can't wait to get my hands on my camera!

I read that some of you downloaded some manual for LX3, can anyone advice me is this manual different from the manual in the box?

I can't really remember all the items but it think its the standard freebies. No casing for sure.

every shop has no stock!! i just called MS color alsooooo and their stock's coming in sometime this week though the lady told me she couldn't confirm exactly which day. I KNOWWW im v impatient, srsly. i love LX3! tested it out a few weeks back. hahaha & also because my old camera's spoilt. it keeps vibrating, and i've no idea why that happens. does anyone know?
