Where to buy L-plate for 5D II with BG-E6?

Anyone where to get those specific built L-plate for 5D II with BG-E6 attached? I only managed to find those for camera body without grip attached. And I'm not interested in those universal king.

this is for enable changing camera orientation with the lens still remain above the tripod head, only for the tripod head with arca swiss clamp.

L plate for Manfrotto rc2 clamp is also now available. I had one I got from Camdapter. It is universal though and not custom fitted to any specific camera model.

FYI for those not on Acra Swiss styled clamps.

To TS, if you want a Camera model specific with battery grip L plate , you can look for: Kirk or Really Right Stuff. They pretty much only sell direct.

If without battery grip, you can also try Kangrinpoche which is available locally in some shops.
