Where to buy hotshoe covers?

Hi guys,

Looking for hotshoe covers for my lx3 and 500D. anyone knows where to buy them? haha weird that canon doesn't provide.

FWIW, eBay, cheap and easy. To me it's pure laychayness though... but I use flashguns and triggers on a quite frequent basis.

Personally I will not recommend using hotshoe covers for 500D if it is slotted into the hotshoe. I remember one I put a remote trigger receiver in the hotshoe before and the camera thought an external flash is connected. In the end it does not allow me to customise my pop-up flash setting. Take me a short while to figure that out :bsmilie:

i tried this too of inserting the hotshoe cover into 500D and my build in flash will not pop up. You got ways to solve this issue other then removing the hotshoe cover?

i bought one from Lords at Lucky Plaza...many years back.. I think they should still have them

You can use some of the notebook keyboard button (HP) as the hotshoe cover for LX3
