Where to buy film developing chemicals

Hi all, I am setting up a kit for black and white film development at home. Need to know where you all usually buy the chemicals (all, including developer, fixer and stop bath). Is EBay the only place to go?

you can buy all the stuff over at Ruby Photo @ Peninsula shopping centre (besides Spinelli's).

especially for chemicals, they are harder to ship to SG due to the restrictions on hazardous materials. so, you may encounter problems buying developers and fixers online.
