Where to buy a small piece of polarizing film?

I need a small piece of polarizing film similar to the one listed in the link below. Does anyone knows where in Singapore I can buy at a cheap price. I don't want to pay more than $10 for it. The one in the link looks right except with the shipping cost thrown in, would cost a bit more.

Then just pop out one piecs from an unwanted pair of sunglasses and stick it onto the car cam.

Not all sunglasses are polarized. Mine aren't.
