hey ask u ar.. one of my customers asked me for a CONTRACT for her AD photography. admittedly i've never actually written/typed out anything and both party sign, one copy each, and promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth so help me god.. (er ok i think i'm getting carried away)...

usually i email the full details of the package i'm giving her, as a form of "black and white" so i was thinking if she wants, i can print that email out and sign it? or would that be too unprofessional?

also now that she brought up the contract.. i wonder wat i need to put in to protect MYSELF? hmm ... i better think about this.

Hmmm.......this is very rare.....well. So far none of my customer have encounter this contract thingy based on ADW. Commercial jobs yes but ADW. Let me think about it. I will PM you.

In normal situation both parties will get protected if you draft out a contract properly. Always work towards your advantage. Let me think and get back this to you. Are you in a hurry?
